Paul Tisdale can “make a difference” for Celtic after being appointed head of football operations, according to manager Brendan Rodgers. The former Exeter manager worked for the Parkhead club over the summer on a consultancy basis, and was hired on a full-time basis earlier this week. Rodgers firmly believes Tisdale can “make a difference” for Celtic.
