It really was a huge turnover of players in terms of arrivals and departures. Only two new signings made their full debut on the opening day against Liverpool, a couple more featured against Manchester City, and last time out against West Ham it was up to seven. More Premier League experience among the signings would have certainly been welcome and may even arrive in January, but it is likely to come at an even greater cost financially.
